Chivas Guadalajara rescued a 1-1 draw with Monterrey in a match where the VAR appeared to help Guadalajara, but in the end, they did not know how to take advantage of the error by goalkeeper Raul “Tala” Rangel to decree the final distribution of points.

The actions
The rest of the action went like this, with a give and take between both teams, since Chivas had two goal opportunities with Roberto “Piojo” Alvarado and the other one with Omar Govea, but the visiting goalkeeper, the Argentine Esteban Andrada, prevented his goal from falling.

The action of “Tala” Rangel was so innocent that it generated disbelief and anger among his teammates who went against the Rayados players in their celebration, not believing that the goalkeeper of the Mexican national team dared to come out in that way.
Corona took advantage of the gift and with that, he saved his team from defeat and also lowered the temperature of the controversy that would have been generated if they had lost due to the goal disallowed in the 9th minute by the VAR.
