Auction house Sobethy announced that it will put up for auction Michael Jordan's jersey with an estimated value of between $4 and $6 million.

Jordan wore that jersey for 17 games in the 1996-1997 season, in which the legendary Chicago Bulls won their fifth ring (of the six they captured).

One of those games was the legendary crossover game that the then-rookie Allen Iverson played with the Philadelphia 76ers.

According to the Auction house, this is a rare item, as most jerseys “lose their traceability over time.”

This jersey is the item considered the most valuable by the auction house from a collection called “Colossal. The Ultimate Jordan Collection.”

The collection includes 2 other jerseys, one worn by Jordan in the first game of the 1998 playoffs, in the year known as 'The Last Dance.'

And another that Michael Jordan wore for seven months in the 1988-1989 season.

Also up for auction is a US flag signed by members of the Dream Team that '23' carried during the medal ceremony at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics.
